Erzgebirge Arch Support Stands

2x Christmas tree stands as taller stands for wooden arches from the Erzgebirge

Reason: The arch is hidden behind the window frame, the arch should stand completely above the frame and be visible to the outside

Fastening via 2x 6 mm wooden dowels from the DIY store or similar (dowels also printable 6mmx30mm), simply add 2x cylinders 6x25 or 30 in the slicer

Dowel attachment of the stands in the base plate or next to it is possible

I chose the side mounting. The model contains holes in 2 places, bottom and side.

Dowels simply plug in loosely, without screws, easily removable,

can also be glued if desired

Assembly:

The arch base plate is to be provided with 2x 6.2mm drill holes from below or from the side, mark, clamp vertically in a vise and use a 6mm wood drill, possibly ream the hole to 6.2mm for better assembly

a. Drill 15mm deep, depending on the thickness of the base plate!!! and dowel length!

Caution due to colors long printing time approx. 22h

Since I place a high value on design, I have designed the attachment to the arch as minimalist as possible

Other enclosed solutions (surrounding frame/guide) or also with screws can certainly be found here, which, however, would destroy the closed design.
