Boost Me (for free)

If you had fun building this consider giving me a boost, its very much appreciated.
Thank You

Here is my 1-10 scale trolley jack designed to be assembled with no hardware required. It has pins that are pressed into place that may need securing with glue or material removed if they are a little too loose or too tight depending on your printers tolerances. There are 2 extra smaller pins included on the plate.

I have added a brim to the print profile to help any adhesion issues on the pins.

Assembly instructions:

  1. Fit the jacking plate into the arm and fit one of the smaller pins.
  2. Fit the locking mechanism (flat edge at the top) then secure with another pin.
  3. Put the handle into the arm, put both into the main housing and insert the big pin
  4. Press the end caps into place either side of the handle/arm joint
  5. Press the wheels in place onto the main housing and it is finished.

Or if you would prefer here is an assembly video:

I hope you like this design and print.
