Description

Designed this so I could have a cutter for paper / cardboard. Print pauses at appropriate spot so you can insert the blade. I highly recommend rubbing your glue stick on the top half of the blade to help the next layer stick. Odds are you will get a few print failures trying to do this, as the filament has a hard time with the blade. You will need to work out a technique that will work well for you. I used a 50% infil and 3 walls, as you don't want this to fail while using. These blades are VERY sharp when new. So handle with caution when printing. Also make sure the blade sits down well when you insert it during the pause. Otherwise your print head will hit it. I shouldn't have to say this, but please be very careful with this. You could easily cut yourself badly if mishandled.

@DrTruffles had a great idea, so thought I'd add it to the main post.  He put the blade on the build plate once the print started, this way the blade is warmed up and more likely to have the layer on top adhere to it.  So if glue isn't working, you can give this a try, or just give this method a try or a combination of both.
