Description

Got a plastic container with a gasket to store filament that isn't being used at the time but the spools would keep rolling around, I designed this to keep them neat and in place!

 

The there are 4 different components.

  • One that has room for 2 spools with a lip on one side and connector spot on the other
  • One with room for 2 spools with no lip and 2 connector spots
  • One with room for 1 spool, 1 lip, and one connector spot
  • Connector piece

The print profile is set up so that each plate is for a different configuration (i.e if you need space for 2 spools, 3, 4 or 5). No need to print all the plates, only what you need.

 

Assembly:

When assembling, the connector piece is a tight fit. You should be able to get it started in both components, then I just pushed it in fully against a flat surface like a table.

Depending on how wide your spools are you may not be able to fit the advertised amount, 5 bambu spools should fit easily though.
