Description
RACE BIB CLIP
I designed a bib clip that securely attaches race bib numbers to clothing without pins, holes, or magnets. The clip can be easily attached and removed.
You can customize the tag text, apply stickers, or leave the tag blank.
USED PRINTER SETTINGS
- 0.16mm High-Quality setting
- Layer height: 0.16 mm
- Initial layer height: 0.20 mm
- Bottom shell layers: 7
- Seam position: Random
Variable layer height of 0.08 mm is applied only at the pinhead for a smoother round surface.
CUSTOMIZED TEXT
- Use an embedded depth of 0.36 mm (first two layers) and change the type to "Modifier."
9 SIZES
- Circular tags: 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm diameters
- Oval tags: 30 x 20 mm and 25 x 20 mm (BibBoards.com size)
- Rectangular tags: 20 x 10 mm, 20 x 20 mm, 30 x 20 mm, and 40 x 20 mm
- Create your own size by using "Add Primitive" in Bambu Studio and merging it with one of the existing tags listed above.
NOTES
- Before use, check the clip for any sharp points.
- Ensure the surface in contact with the PEI plate of the bottom clip faces your body (refer to the picture). This surface has a rounded edge and no filament lines.
- If the clip feels too tight, snap it a few times without any clothing to help break any sharp edges that may exist.
- Print some extra clips and keep them in your bag for emergencies.
