Description
Many are familiar with the warping problem of large parts (250 x 250 mm) on an A1 printer like the “Bamboulette”. Due to thermal stresses in the printing material, the print plate sometimes lifts off the base. To counteract this, practical holders can be used that securely fix the print plate to the printer.
Tip for attaching the holders:
• The rear clips should not be positioned directly at the edge, but somewhat further towards the center of the plate.
• This prevents the print head from hitting the clips in the zero position, which could disrupt the printing process.
This solution minimizes warping and improves print quality by keeping the print plate stable.
The model was designed exclusively in Bambu Studio. Please note that negative components are not displayed in the program's preview. This means that cutouts or recesses that contribute to the correct function of the holders are only visible in the finished print
