Obito is my favorite childhood villain. Once, he was merely a naive, cheerful, and optimistic boy harboring dreams of becoming a ninja. He would be consumed with anxiety for his comrades' safety and would strive relentlessly for the team's victory. In his heart, the bonds he shared with his companions surpassed all else; a pure emotion, unblemished and radiant, illuminating the darkest corners of the ninja world. His affection for Rin was profound and fervent, this love serving as the bedrock of his strength, never extinguished despite countless hardships and suffering. He wasn't merely a cold-blooded avenger. Deep within his heart, the initial tenderness and kindness remained. He was not a simple antagonist, but rather a pitiable soul, a victim of cruel fate. His story is steeped in tragedy, yet precisely because of this, I feel profound sympathy and affection for him.
