A1 AMS Lite PTFE Bowden Tube Clip with distancer for power cable

This is a solution specifically for A1 , that has longer cable tubes for AMS and additional stress on the data/power cable

I found a solution to fix the bowden pfte tubes in my A1 AMS LITE , as the power cable got “constrained” by the official cable clip , I designed this to be used instead with some distance enough to not make the power cable bend and break .

( This photo is an example on the A1 mini , on the A1 this distance with be bigger as the printer is bigger)

Clip the PFTE tubes in the bigger 4 holes, the black cable ( power / data cable ) goes in the small distanced hole, without doing any weird curve that may damage the black cable on the long run. This simple solution that will save you a lot of money instead of replacing the black cable.

You can scale up of 1% to have a more room if you think its not enough for your cables
