Customizable text size guide
Print Profile(2)

Description
FDM printing fonts can sometimes yield unexpected results, especially when the font is small or complex.
With this project, you can customize any font you want to print. Print it out to use as a reference while designing.
Customizable options include: font, font style, font size, font depth, text content, printing info, and even some settings for the sample's appearance itself.

I'm looking for the best fonts for 3D printing, so I’d love to see photos of your printing results.
Printing
Use the “Arachne” wall generator for printing; it will help make the fonts clearer. A 0.2mm nozzle works best.
How to switch fonts in Parametric Model Maker?

Can't find the font you need?
If you're not familiar with OpenSCAD, it might take a bit of time to figure it out. Download OpenSCAD (Nightly) from the Development Snapshots section on the OpenSCAD download page, open the source code, and add the font name and style into the "use font" field.
Preparing to print multiple samples?
It's best to set the "fixed width" and “fixed height”. This will make it easier to organize all the samples. However, be careful—if the dimensions you set aren’t large enough to fit all the text, it won’t work. It’s best to determine a maximum size in advance.
Changelog
2025.02.20 - The font style can be modified through the UI.
2024.12.26 - First release.
A big thanks to Pulsar Designs. Although this project is a completely redesigned, it shares a similar look to his model. Thanks for allowing me to share this project. Pay tribute to him!
