Print Profile(2)

Description
This model is a PCB fixture with a clamping range of 0-100mm.
It boasts features such as rapid printing, no supports needed, and exceptional robustness.
Features:
- No supports needed, fast printing, only 2h40min printing time, 70g filament usage.
- Extra-large clamping range of 0-100mm, suitable for most circuit boards.
- Simple installation, no hardware required.
- Dual-threaded design, D-shaped lateral printing, the clamp opens and closes quickly and smoothly, and is exceptionally sturdy, ensuring it won't break.
- The clamping area's texture is meticulously designed through multiple tests, across multiple directions, with a 2mm opening, accommodating circuit boards up to 2mm thick.
- Print configuration includes interchangeable clamping surfaces for using different printing materials.
- During installation, the inner threads of the two clamps are reversed. If you find it difficult to turn, reverse the direction of one. Turn both clamps to the middle of the bolt before proceeding with further installation (otherwise, it may affect the clamp zeroing).

*This model, from design to completion, is tailored for FDM 3D printers, ensuring all components require no supports. The stress directions are calculated for maximum strength; previous models experienced issues with long bolts breaking, so this model uses round threads and is printed laterally. With default parameters, the bolts will not break under any usage, and increasing the bolt length requires more turns to open and close, so I designed a double-threaded design, reducing the number of turns by more than half. The inner threads of the two clamps are reversed; if you find it difficult to turn, reverse the direction of one. Turn both clamps to the middle of the bolt before proceeding (otherwise, this may affect the clamp zeroing).
*A month and a half ago, a user requested a PCB fixture. After searching, I found that models of this type were relatively monotonous and mature but still had shortcomings: too many parts, generally poor stability, high filament consumption, lengthy printing time, and large footprint. After reviewing considerable user feedback and carefully considering the strengths and weaknesses of 3D-printed PCB fixtures, and through the design and testing of numerous models, this design emerged. I hope you enjoy it!
