Greetings everyone,
I have compiled all variations of my Bitaxe Gamma enclosure for your convenience. I believe this case will also be compatible with the Bitaxe Supra, though I haven't yet tested it. Feedback regarding Supra compatibility would be greatly appreciated.
All files are printable without supports. I employed the standard 0.2mm strength profile in Bambu Studio for printing. For AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top, select "Arachne" as the wall generator to ensure crisp font rendering.
The "Melt-in threads" folder houses three lower part versions utilizing melt-in threads.Â
1. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom M3 insert Threads - 4x Rutex RX-M3x5.7
2. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4010 Backfan M3 insert Threads - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0
3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan M3 insert Threads - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0
Print the lower components and subsequently melt in the Rutex threads. This allows for repeated assembly and disassembly without compromising the plastic.
The "Direct screw" folder contains three lower part versions designed for direct screw insertion into the plastic.
1. AP3D-Bitaxe_Case_Bottom_direct screw
2. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4010 Backfan_direct screw
3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan_direct screw
The files: AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan; AP3D_Bitaxe Stand; AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top are compatible with all six base versions.
I haven't yet printed the AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan file and cannot confirm its functionality.
