By request I've made a version of my popular Woodworking cabinet assembly jigs -16, 18mm, 3/4" by graffoo - MakerWorld but adapted it for 25mm thick material. It should also work with 1" thick plywood, but please let me know in the comments if it fits. Otherwise I'll update the description.
It's designed to be strong even with PLA.
Each plate contains a set for corner assembly or shelf assembly. Details on how to use it are in the original model description - please check there.
