Description
While using Flashforge 3D printers, I discovered their build plate guide design to be exceptionally well-executed.
However, users of the Bambu Lab A1 often encounter insufficient build plate guidance, leading to misaligned printing plates.
Inspired by Flashforge's design, I conceived and designed a build plate guide specifically for the Bambu Lab A1.
The design principle is as follows: when the platform is pushed towards the heated bed, the ribs on either side act as guides and ensure accurate positioning.
Through iterative printing and revisions, six versions were developed to address over-positioning, inadequate guidance, excessive gaps, and complex installation.
After printing the model, the internal supports in the holes can be easily removed by simply tapping them with a screw. Installation requires two M3*10 screws.
