yeah. tried again, support broke off about an hour before end. this sucks :( obviously, i'm not the only one with this problem. many print it without a problem, though. any hints? I'm on an A1 Mini and print Geeetech PLA.

unfortunately my first failed print. anyone know why this might be? I just printed something before with this filament so not sure why :( apart from obvious bad but the rest is good. would love to do again!

Oh No! that stinks when you get so far and then it fails. I have printed a handful and never had that issue. How dry is your filament? looks like you have enclosed so I dont think it was a draft. I did have a silk for my filament what was yours?

hey I used Bambu pla basic. I printed something before this one and it was fine. This was my second print in this colour. hadn’t been out the packaging long so I assume dry. I’ve been printing with a matte fillament for a few weeks no problems so I thought the room is dry enough. what about temperature? I chose 200 but usually I have the printer at 220.

Mine was at a higher temp for the fact I used silk so that could be it. You can also enable supports only on base and that can assist with it. feel free to DM me all your existing settings and I will make a custom profile for ya this weekend and test it with some bambu pla basic I have (just got some in)

printed straight from the Bambu app on my phone. Started good but failed when it knocked over the support.

The bed sticks really well, I dont think that's the issue. I have to wait for it to completely cool otherwise it doesn't want to release.

Perfect print. I printed in Basic PLA Black and just used generic golden spray. it even holds longer bottles!

I was a bit worried because I seen a few people having issues with this print. I manually added extra supports under the steam and had zero issues. it turned out great! thank you for the work!

I managed to finish the print thanks to configuring the tree strong support. Thank you very much for the help

Great that it worked. Those gaps are caused by bad filament or a poorly set printer.

Great print. I had one support and it stuck to the plate when I took the print off, so that was perfect! Printed in pink and blue silk pla+ in less than 2 hours. I did have a small raveling just under the neck where all the other prints here seemed to have failed. I’m sure it’s because you can’t really get a support in that spot. But I did choose to slow down my overhangs at a very small angle by up to 40% so maybe that helped. I had no issues at all with the download, the file or the print. I can’t seem to give a rating, but it’s a 5 in my book.
