This is the old version. I've since released an updated version with many improvements which you can find here: Painting Light Arch V2
A 0.8m (80cm) wide by 0.4m (40cm) high light arch for hobbies, crafts, miniature painting and anything else that requires clear lighting. Designed to accept any 10mm wide LED strip, but it's recommended you use one that can do variable colour temperature white light. I used this light strip from Amazon.
The bases can be removed from the light strip for easy storage, and there's a recess for a remote in the bases.
A registration tool is included for lining up each segment.
The print profile includes all the parts you need, takes just under 9 hours to print and uses just under 270g of filament. If you're printing from the STL files, the part quantities are included in the file name.
The assembly order from one side to the other is
- Base > Base Arch > Single Socket > Single Socket > Single Socket > Double Socket > Single Socket > Single Socket > Base Arch > Base
