Description
This is a display solution and insert for the Marvel Champions board game:

My goal was to have an overall space savings, highly visible, and ease of use for display of villain schemes while having it all fit in the core box with room for 4 heroes and a couple villains worth of cards plus all the tokens I use. There is some box lift here which I show in one of the photos, but I use box bands to keep all in place. For anyone new to the game - this IS NOT a solution for holding a collection though it might cover all the cards in the core game alone. I wanted a play box where I've already built out decks and could take a full play set out of my house. I use burger tokens and 3D printed health dials, but it should work for the original tokens and dials.
This is modular in that you may way to print different sets of displays. The 3mf file and photo was my chosen arrangement where I use a double scheme upper display for the villain and an attachment display below with a place for my villain health dial. I've pictured one alternative to that using the original villain health dial with a single scheme arrangement, but there are other options. The risers are either tall which could accommodate cards on the bottom to be vertical (like attachments / environments) or a little smaller to have schemes only (labelled SO). For the double displays I have connectors for the middle, but just the two outers are enough support. You could have a single display out the middle (like the villain and keep the main schemes elsewhere). I decided to print two single scheme displays in another color for player side schemes. There is a folder of 0.15 tolerance instead of 0.1 tolerance for printers that may have an issue. I'd suggest testing one connector and one scheme display of each to see which works for yours. I liked the 0.1 on my X1C using Bambu PLA filament. This was tight enough to make it easy to assemble the bottom pieces but not too tight.
My chosen prints for the photos were:
3x Double Scheme Display
4x Single Scheme Displays (2 red and 2 blue)
4x Connector with Riser (I primarily use only 2, but I like the option to make them taller)
4x SO Conn with Riser (3 red and 1 blue)
4x Tray Holder (token trays sit in these)
2x Two Part Tray
2x Three Part Token Tray
3x Divider
1x Single Scheme No Tokens
1x Card Holder
1x Villain Life and Attachment
I did not print the other token tray options or the double no token display
I've included the fusion files. There are parameters set if you needed to adjust tolerance or some other aspects.
