ABOUT COMMERCIAL USE
I'm happy to share my designs but please note that them are for personal use only. This means you can print them for your own pleasure but I have NOT provided any commercial license to anyone to sell either digital or physical copies of my designs (e.g.: you cannot sell 3D-prints of this design). I will not hesitate to report to Etsy or other sites admin if I find them being sold there for profit.

This is a frame I designed to be used with a Waveshare 64x32 P3 RGB Dot-matrix display so you could attach the display on the top of a photographic tripod or a light tripod.
Please note: there are lot of 64x32 RGB Dot-Matrix Displays manufactured by Waveshare but they all differ about the Dot-Pitch that leads to different dimensions. I'm referring to the one having a dot pitch of 3mm, hence the “P3” in the product name
My advice is to use PETG for printing. Since the maximum length of the display/frame is about 192mm it can't be printed on the A1 mini.

This model needs a ¼"-20 UNC brass insert in the 8mm hole on the bottom: Ruthex makes this kind of insert, I bought it on Amazon, (this is a: sponsored link to the one I bought) unfortunately I can't add this part to this description as additional material since this specific kind of insert is not actually present on the maker supply store.
Please note: even if the ‘photographic’ screws looks like to an M6 screw, having a 6mm diameter, those screws are completely different! An ¼"-20 UNC screw has a diameter of ¼ inch (~6.35mm) and has 20 threads per inch (TPI). M(x) screws are defined around ISO standards, while UNC (Unified National Coarse) are defined by UTS (Unified Thread Standard) and are mostly used in USA and Canada. Photographic equipments usually refers to UTS standard using ¼"-20 UNC or 3/8"-16 UNC screws for larger and heavy equipment.
First than mount the frame on back of the display, you must remove 2 small plastic studs from the back of display (those are 2 small pieces of plastics that will not made this frame to adhere to this display frame) and then screw this 3d-printed frame to display frame using five M3 screws.
