Description

These are a perfect fit for 1.00625" on center horizontal, 1" on center vertical, ¼" hole, 3/16" thick pegboard.

  • 4x1 through 4x5 Gridfinity Pegboard Adapter with no magnets.
  • 1" on center collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/3768645
  • 1.00625" on center horizontal collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/3907812
  • Miscellaneous Pegboard Collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/4154978
  • V2 Connector Plugs 3 Different Sizes Print Profile Uploaded! Much better than V1!
  • I added a print profile for test strips if you're not sure and you want to try it out first.
    • The easiest thing to do would be to measure your pegboard on center over a 10" span before trying to use, but I created the testers just in case you want to be sure it will work.
  • I added a print profile for different size thickness pegboards for the female and male connectors.
  • Brackets can be mounted 2 different ways!
  • Slide the trays into the brackets from the rear, put the female connector in, and then push in the male connector.
  • Mount these to your pegboard and put your Gridfinity creations up.
  • Print any size pegboard mount brackets you want and any width Gridfinity tray.

New bracket design! Add the trays in from the rear, they won't come out the front!

The yellow testers are slightly longer as they are for the larger span.

  • I've broken plenty of the connectors, you might want to print some extras if you decide to use these. I did my best to balance the ease of fitting these into the holes and the strength.
    • @TomInNrthnIll has printed the female connectors in TPU and said they work nicely as well. Thanks Tom!
  • I recommend test fitting the male connectors with the female connectors before trying to mount, sometimes the printer isn't perfect and there is a little issue getting them in, so it's easier to do it while not mounted first.

Now that these are 4 Gridfinity units deep you may want to use the brackets with more pegs depending on what you're using these for. I only do the pictures with a few plugs in because I'm constantly putting these up and taking them down as I'm making them.

If you want the tray to be stronger you can always change the infill and percentage of the infill, the 5 unit wide is a little bendy with a lot of downward force.
