Description

Saw a trap at the local farm store for $30!!! I didn't like the price tag and figured I could model up the top and bottom and then use the wire mesh I had from previous projects.

So, here ya go! A 3D printed version of that same mouse trap and it only cost a few dollars to make.

You put food/bait in the trap, the mice climb up the wire, go into the hole in the top, and can't climb back out. This can be used as a catch and release trap or however you see fit.

It will hold multiple mice with no need to reset.

I made the top and bottom walls tall/long enough to add screws if you want it more secure to the wire mesh than just press fit. Also, make sure you get a mesh wire with a finer grid than ¼" (mice can fit through holes that small).
