Description

This is an attempt to overcome the barrier of material performance and 3D print a flyable FPV frame. 3D printed plastic is desperately soft compared to carbon fiber plate so a good design is the key to the balance between reasonable performance and weight. I used prestressed structure and started from this small sized frame.

The 3mf file include 2 frame plates and 4 stands between the plates. Second plate includes 1s 450mAh battery mount and a light weight canopy for fpv camera. Other material: some m2 screws, some electronic tape, common 75mm whoop electronics.

I printed the frame with PLA-CF and test flied it. PLA or PLA+  should work. PA-CF or PET-CF will be ideal.
