My son received a second VTech Marble Rush track as a Christmas gift, and I found it interesting to be able to complete and improve it with printed models

I found a set of .stl models online but:
- the models were difficult to fit into the original parts, which damaged them...
- the models were less flush than the originals once fitted
- the two 2x-upturn_road models had overly wide fixings, making assembly impossible, and simply reducing the part made it too short...
- the plates were hollow and therefore required a lot of supports, so I closed them with a low infill: faster to print and less filament waste in supports! (yes, the original brand ones are hollow, but only so they can be stacked. Here the 3D model was not stackable anyway...)
- the plates had a small useless recess creating a weakness, I removed it
- the shape of some parts requires a lot of supports, so I decided to work on their optimization to offer print profiles on MakerWorld to make things easier for Bambulab owners in the same situation as me.
- the strength of some PLA 3D Printed parts was very poor, and yet for me, I find it is still the most suitable material here! So I worked on the orientation of the parts on the plate as well as the infill.
- many elements are missing, I added some either by heavily modifying existing models or by creating new ones entirely. I hope to add even more!

I am therefore offering different parts to create a Marble Run compatible with Vtech Marble Rush tracks.
There are additional parts, which are not in my original sets (I don't know if they exist in the brand) and which I find very practical: the part to join two blocks (Road_blocks_join), the one to close a block end (Stop_block), the element to build a tower without using useful blocks (Building_block_tower) and the 1x1 and 3x1 plates

I am showing you in photos what I was able to print directly with the profiles I offer, but obviously the print quality (appearance, strength, ease of support removal) will greatly depend on the quality of your filament calibration! And the result will be much better if you use specific filament for the support interface (which I didn't do because this type of part has more of a mechanical than aesthetic role for me...)

I deliberately printed my parts in gray to differentiate them clearly from the original colored parts

If you find better settings, please share them! I will test your print profiles with real interest!

Work done from the models https://www.printables.com/model/839010-vtech-marble-rush/files which generously made them available under CC0 license.
Note: My models are not under CC0 License because I spent a lot of time working on both modifications and support optimization, and some elements are personal models. I would also like to continue to follow their evolution (remix) which the CC0 License does not allow... Feel free to use the original models if you wish to modify, share, or sell your results!
