Using the print profiles

Just select the print profile of the size you want and press print! :D

If you want to add another drawer to your existing system, you can deselect one of the rails, as a rail can hold drawers on both sides.

If you are printing the 250mm wide version, you will need to print the Alignment Helper 250mm separately as they will not fit on the print bed together with the drawer.

What to print - STLs

You can choose between different sizes. The STL files are named according to the sizes in millimetres. "D220 H40 W150" would mean 220mm deep, 40mm high and 150mm wide.

You will need to print the drawer itself in the size you want, two rails of the appropriate depth and two end stop clips. I also recommend printing two alignment guides of the appropriate width to help you position and space the two guide rails correctly.

Each slide can hold one drawer on either side, so you only need to print one extra slide for each additional drawer. If you want to have two drawers side by side, you will need to print three rails.

How to install

Use the alignment tool to screw two rails under your desk. The rails have a front and a back, the front is labelled - this side should face the end of your desk.

When the rails are in place, you can insert the drawer and then insert an end stop clip into the small holes on either side of the drawer. This should be done from the inside of the drawer. This will prevent the drawers from falling out. If done correctly, the clips should be flush with the inside of the drawers.
