Description

Gridfinity Tray for Spare Deburring Blades (1x4x2u)

This is a Gridfinity tray that holds up to 15 blades and is designed with usability in mind. Many of the trays I tried on Makerworld were a bit too snug, making blade removal tricky.  You often had to apply a lot of pressure to add or remove blades - sometimes even handling the sharp blade side 🩸.

This tray helps fix that problem by allowing you to lightly press from the safe side to release a blade or not require much pressure to re-secure it.

The profile features a built-in pause for a color swap so you can give the rim a cool accent. If you’ve got an AMS, you might want to change the pause for a color swap in your slicer. Or, if you’re not into color accents, just skip the pause for a clean, single-color print.

Happy printing!  Let me know how it works for you or if you have ideas for tweaks.

Note: The blades are BS1010 if you needed to know for any reason
