Description

Many different filaments but which is the strongest?

I use this test to compare the different filaments.

It is useful for comparing the layer adhesion, stiffness, brittleness, flexibility…

With the AMS, four tests are possible per build plate.

instructions:

Just bend the walls by hand until they break. This way you can test how strong the layer adhesion is.

Bend the base plate, where the line is. This way you can check how the filament performs in the xy direction

Nothing breaks?! Please tell me which filament you are using. Unless it is TPU :-)

Settings:

-Set the wall loops to 6. (already set in the profile)

-If you are experimenting with faster outer wall speeds, you will need to deselect “slow printing down for better layer cooling”.
