Six-Piece Photosensitive Seal Shell (Includes Three-Piece Hanging Buckle Version and Single Test Version)
Print Profile(3)

Description
This is a redesigned six-stamp case, optimized for FDM printing.
A magnetic feature has been added to the stamp holder, enabling the use of replaceable, zinc-plated stamp faces without needing to print additional cases.
The model is configured with easily removable supports; please avoid unnecessary modifications. Using official Bambu Lab filament ensures precise printing, potentially eliminating the need for adhesive to connect components.
(However, a small amount of adhesive may still be necessary if discrepancies arise.)
Therefore, a test piece is included in the configuration, requiring approximately 3g of material and a 15-minute print test. After completion, test the magnet placement and component connections. If successful, proceed with printing other components. This test piece can function as a standalone stamp holder.
For adjustments, utilize the X-Y compensation in your slicer software's "Quality-Precision" settings.
Required accessories:
① 0.5mm diameter, 10mm outer diameter, 5mm high spring
② 2mm diameter, 1.5mm thick small magnets
Assembly is straightforward. With the printed side facing up, remove all supports and proceed as shown in the images (the images show a single unit; multiple units require repeating the steps):
①Insert the stamp holder into the frame from the front, then invert it onto a table, stamp side up.
②Insert the spring onto the cylindrical portion of the presser bar, and place the presser bar with the spring onto the component from step ①.
③Press firmly until it cannot be pressed further.
④Insert the magnet into the stamp holder hole on the front.
⑤Close the lid, complete.

Ps. This model is suitable for 1cm square photosensitive stamps with a thickness of 2mm or less.
PPs. Due to the nature of FDM printing, PLA and PETG prints of this model are non-disassemblable after assembly. Disassembly will cause irreversible damage. (The good news is that you can salvage the spring and magnets, minimizing waste beyond the filament.)
