60mm handwheel for EC-11 rotary encoder like MPG

This is a remix of positron96s great encoder handwheel.  I've adapted it to be more printable and to accept an EC-11 encoder up to 15mm tall.  You'll need one EC11 encoder with a star shaft, one M3 screw to attach the handle, and fasteners to attach it to your panel.  It should line up perfectly with production 60 mm handwheel encoders.

You need to clip the nub off of the encoder so that it sits flush in the base.
