Youcan Toucan coat or bag hook

This is a simple decorative hanger that looks like a toucan.  The beak is on a hinge so it can be raised up so it's flat against the wall when it's not in use. When it's down, it looks a big like a toucan.  You can print the different parts in different colours (no AMS needed) so as long as you have different coloured filament you can print yourself a collection of colourful toucan bird hooks.  I've tested it on bags, coats and towels and it's pretty sturdy.

This has been printed using Bambu PLA Basic Matt and the joins are snug but not easily workable.  I also provide two “eye” pegs.  If you find them too small/big just change the scale a bit to tweak the size for a better fit.

I first saw these in a store about a week ago.  They wanted £46 ($60) per toucan!  I now have 5 in my utility and it cost me less than a roll of filament.

These would good in children's rooms, the hallway, the kitchen or wherever you need a decorative hook to hold something.  

It's easy to install: a separate piece gets screwed into the wall and the body of the toucan just slides down on top of it, completely hiding the fixing.  All you need are 2 2.5cm long (1 inch) and 3.5/4mm (about .16 inch) diameter screws.  I used drywall screws for this. You can install this in about 5 minutes.
