1 boost = 71g of filament :) I use your boosts to get more filament and experiment with new designs - so you're directly helping me create better ones!
Thank you!
UPD: few weeks ago @acab1312 contacted me asking about this model…and after a bit of conversation he came up with a MUCH BETTER version of a similar idea. If you want to use it with reusable spools (i.e. BambuLab) - I think you should look at his model first, it's here , and I plan to print it for myself soon as well 😉
I've seen some great ideas of hiding stuff inside a fake spool, and I thought it's really genius! After all, who would ever look something in plastic?
But it takes a lot of plastic and also spool still looks a bit off…
That’s why I came up with this design - use your existing BambuLab spool (others should also work if height matches) and turn it into a secret vault! At just 120g, you get a hidden compartment without wasting a ton of plastic. And the best part? It works with other spools of similar height, so no need to buy anything special. Simple, clever, and perfect for keeping your small valuables under wraps!
