Aluminum Window Mesh Cap

Description
Hello everyone!
I am an amateur creator who has just discovered the magic of 3D printing. In this space I collect my first steps: small projects born to be useful in everyday life. I am still learning, so each of my models is an experiment in functionality and simplicity. If you like what you see, follow me in this evolution!

I noticed a common issue with the aluminum window frames in my house: the drainage holes at the bottom of the frames, designed to prevent condensation, tended to attract bugs and other insects. These holes were originally fitted with a simple plastic cap that acted as a roof, but it wasn't sufficient to prevent insect access.
To solve this problem, I decided to design and create a small mesh grate to insert into the drainage holes. This version of the grate was designed without the protective water-resistant roof in case of rain. The version with the protective roof will be the subject of a later project.
Since replacing the original caps with the modified grates, the drainage function has been fully preserved. Furthermore, the internal channel of the windows has remained much cleaner and free of bugs and other insects. This simple modification has significantly improved the cleanliness and hygiene of the window frames.
This project demonstrates how a small modification can have a large impact on home comfort and cleanliness. The next step will be to develop the version of the grate with a protective roof, thus providing further protection against the elements.
This project is part of my learning process.
If you decide to print it, any feedback or suggestion is precious: feel free to suggest improvements or modifications to make it more efficient, as long as it maintains the original spirit of the design.
Let's grow together, one layer at a time!
