Geometry Challenge
------------------------------
Question: Does the center knob move in a circle and with constant angular velocity? - (When the knob is turned with constant angular velocity)

Answer: Imagine a second rod of equal length that forms an 'X' with the first rod. Its center has a hole for the knob. One end of the second rod is fixed to the center.
 - Now the two rods will mirror each others movement and thus have the same absolute angular velocity
 - Any point in the second imaginary rod describes a circle - including the knob.

 - The up-down and the left-right movements of the knob are sine and cosine - and so are the shuttle movements.
