This is a boxing wrap roller designed by me on CAD, prints in just two pieces that friction fit together (some pressure is required). once fitting together feed the Velcro or loop end of your strap through the slit in the shaft, then through the small slit and then in and through the pressure plate (see pictures above). large gap should be facing down when you are winding the wrap up. then simple pull the wrap off the shaft ( takes a little force).
