Snap-on or clip-on cover for an IKEA Mittled LED lamp.

I mistakenly purchased two black Mittled LED lights for the IKEA EKET display cabinets. As the other two were white, I desired the black ones to be white as well, but wished to avoid a return trip to IKEA. Therefore, I 3D-printed this cover and clipped it over the installed lamp. In everyday use, the original black color is completely obscured. Alternatively, one could print it in red for a Marvel-themed display case, or similar. Upon request, I can also create a closed version; this would allow for customized lighting in blue, red, or any other desired color, thus enhancing the cabinet's illumination. I printed mine using PLA filament. Since the lamp is an LED, it does not overheat, allowing for flexibility in filament choice.

But I didn't want to drive back to IKEA. So I printed this cover and clipped it over the mounted lamp. In everyday life, you can't see the original black color. So it works great!

If you want, you can of course print the cover in red for a Marvel display case or something similar. If you want, I can also make a closed version, so you could print the otherwise single-colored lighting in blue/red or whatever and color the lighting in the display case.

I printed in PLA. Since the lamp is an LED lamp, it doesn't get hot and you can use whatever filament you have.
