This is an assembly model for a 3D-printed filament storage rack, requiring four joint spheres per layer. Determine the total number of joint spheres needed based on your desired number of layers.

I printed 20 joint spheres, assembling five layers with a capacity of up to 35 filament spools.

I utilized Bambu PLA Matte and PLA Basic filaments. Extensive testing confirms appropriately sized holes, facilitating effortless assembly with 20MM diameter wooden dowels—no glue required—resulting in a robust and exceptionally stable structure. Expansion is limitless in all directions.

The assembled height is 22CM, optimizing space while ensuring convenient filament retrieval.

Note: ɸ20*200MM and ɸ20*500MM wooden dowels are required.

Most commercially available 20MM diameter dowels should suffice; the holes include a slight tolerance for ease of assembly. If you encounter difficulties locating suitable dowels, please refer to the link below: https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=851461517888

The number of dowels depends on the desired number of layers; refer to the image below (I used 10 500MM and 26 200MM dowels).

I have uploaded the STP file for your convenience.

It is recommended to print the joint spheres in various colors for a visually stunning assembly!

This creation required considerable effort; thank you for your appreciation.
