Previously, I shared a workbench lamp holder I made for my own pegboard, using a 18mm*9mm cross-section long strip hand-sweep lamp, I purchased the lamp from Taobao, I was too lazy to find one myself, the link is below.
Many friends have supported and encouraged me, I am incredibly grateful.
Later, other friends wanted one that supported circular pegboards, so I thought I'd redesign it;
After I finished my work, I got started;
However, since I redesigned it, I wondered if making it modular would be more fun and adaptable to different needs? (I'm a huge fan of LEGO)
Thus, this version was born, with the following key modifications:
- Added modular design, various lengths of arms and elbows are optional, allowing for any combination;
- Modified the wire clip, added a wire conduit, wiring can be concealed for a more aesthetically pleasing look;
- Modified the clamp design, compatible with circular pegboards (6mm and larger diameter) and IKEA Skadis pegboards, if you need other sizes, please leave a message;
Simplified the arm shape, reducing print time;
5. Suitable lamps can be searched on Taobao as “Qin Ming Photoelectric Lighting”, cabinet lights LED under-cabinet hand-sweep switch sensor lights. 【Not an advertisement】, as long as the lamp cross-section is within 18*9mm.
Note: I believe the current tolerance design is already the perfect limit, no glue is needed to handle the weight of the hand-sweep lamp and it can even hang small accessories, I will consider developing more fun accessories later.
Another Note: I'm very busy with work, designing is my hobby, and I hope that friends who like it can give me a boost to help me recoup my costs, and to create more great designs for everyone!
