Description

First of all it is more than appropriate to print it from material with carbon fibres for example because the thread have to be made. It is prepared fo M5 metric thread. PLA basic is not recommended because because the thread won´t be accurate. Harder material is needed.

Need to use M5 screws (best choice is brass) which needs to be drilled along the entire lenght of the screws - the hole diameter is up to you.

On the bottom is made a thread which directly fits on to DREMEL tools (I´m not sure if it is for every model) - thread dimension - 19,2 x 2 mm clockwise.

There are two versions - for 30 mm grinding disc and 40 mm grinding disc.

The grinder is for making 15°, 20° , 30° and 60° angle on the tungsten electrode.

Transverse opening in the grinder is made for tightening the chuck on the dremel tool. Its is a little bit tricky because is you have to adjust the drifter for the grinding disc.

The holes on the top of the grinder are prepared for making M3 thread (holes are long enough). I use the grinder with polycarbonate cover (it is optional).

If you have some other question don´t hesitate to contact me.
