Description

Replaceable HEPA/Carbon Charcoal Filters for Bambu X1C/P1S Chamber Exhaust
Stackable Chamber Exhaust port filter housing for either HEPA or Carbon Charcoal filters.

> Housing mounted to printer using existing threaded holes on the printer, using x4 M3x6mm button cap screws.
> Mesh Layer and Top mounted to Housing using x4 M3x6mm button cap screws.
> Filter Cartridge slides in from the side.
> Optional Housing with modification for use on printers that have the AMS Hub installed are included

> Optional TPU gaskets are included
> Optional Additional Filter Housing can be added to use multiple filters, this is fitted between the Housing and the Mesh Layer using x4 M3x25mm button cap screws.
*Please use multiple filters with caution. Using both may be too flow restrictive on the chamber exhaust fan. Using less filter materials may be in order.

Use recommendations:
- Use top glass riser to increase airflow
- Set the chamber fan to 70% or higher.

- Included an optional filter tray addition to use both filters simultaneously. *Please use multiple filters with caution. Using both may be too flow restrictive on the chamber exhaust fan. Using less filter materials may be in order.
- Increased the diameter of the holes in the Top, and Mesh parts to allow the M3 screws through.
- Added optional TPU gasket files. Thanks @wiczdesigns for the suggestions.

Printed with ASA - needed to have a pretty big brim for the main part but that's part of the fun printing ASA. The AMS hub variant works great. Some suggestions: - Increase tolerance on mesh layer and the cover to allow M3 bolts to slide right in. That way you only need to screw into the housing - Increase Depth to allow for HEPA AND Carbon filtration, not one or the other - Add optional TPU models between parts for better seal

Excellent suggestions, thank you. I actually have an module to enable use of both filters being tested now. I may have that posted this evening. I will also address the error in the screw holes sizes, I really appreciate you bringing that up. I'll add a file for some gaskets to be printed with tpu.

Really like this and it prints great. I'd suggest possibly disabling ironing in the print profile to drastically reduce print time. For those with an AMS and the AMS hub attached, the upper right hand corner needs to be removed. I think the model could be modified pretty readily to provide clearance without impacting performance. I just used used nippers :)

Worked great! If you have a problem with m3 screws not fitting, I reccomend taking out the black chassis screw on the left and using it as a tap on the holes around the exhaust. That made it possible for me to screw normal m3 screws in.

Anyone having trouble threading M3x6mm screws into the mounting holes on the back of the X1C? It seems like the mounting holes on my printer are smaller than an M3 and larger than a M2.5. Great design. Printed up perfectly.
