Edit from: Printed with support and followed the directions, but it didn't print
properly. Tough PLA was used. Might be a user error - if so, please let
me know what I need to improve/change, as I'd love this item!

oh no! thank you for informing me of the issue. I have run 4 prints and various test sections and not come across either of those failures. I have only printed in pla matte, not tough, but that shouldn’t affect the print. I’ll further investigate and get back to you.

This is true. I'm new to giving stars, but I noticed that I can update it, which I will! I'll do another print today or tonight with general PLA as well.

the larger plastic piece holds down the back end, then the smaller clip slides over it to lock down the cloth and larger plastic part to the tool.
