Description

Hoi :) I forgot to buy some pots for my seedlings so I loaded up some old filament and printed a bunch of these :)

Idea

  1. Fast 2 print, simple big pots with very few material necessary.
  2. BasePlate to push out the rooted soil when repotting.
  3. Coaster if you need to place the pots indoor or want to have a little water reservoir at the bottom.
  4. Stackable to make em storable for the next season :)

2 Versions: Airy & Standard (Vasemode ready)

Assembly: Put the BottomPlate in before you add the earth!

Scaling:

You can scale the Pots up / down in your slicer. I scaled all parts to 8%. If you sacle it very low the airy version could make trouble! Also I would not recommend to scale the baseplate in Z direction since it is quite thin already.

Printing Instructions:

Use Arachne Perimeter Generator and Vasemode (not for the airy Version).

I used a ,4 mm Nozzle & ,2 mm layer height.

Vasemode: If you want a stronger part choose a high temperature and increase the extrusionwidth! (I use ,65 mm with a ,4 mm Nozzle)

Tipp: You can print several of the pots in vasemode “at once” if you turn “Sequential print” on! (make sure that no collision will happen! → Check your printing order of the parts!)

Material:

I printed my pots in PLA. But If they are quite thin and heat up during the day maybe PETG or ABS  is better! (If the earth is quite wet that will cool the pot!)

Have fun!

You can also print my water Jugs to water em properly ,-)
