Works with first layer detection
No interference with stock plate, I only have one 3rd party plate (IdeaFormer PET Carbon pattern plate) works fine as well.
Use PETG ASA ABS to print ( material that can withstand high temp)
1.Remove the original wiper
2.Cut an A1 silicone wiper in half or 6 rows and install it on top of the new wiper holder
3.Remove the purge chute screws
4.put the printed part in
5.screw the 2 screws back into place
6. Make sure the front(the side with silicon wiper) of the printed part sits flat on the front lip of the purge chute
I noticed that after printing is completed, the nozzle parked on the right edge of the wiper during filament retracting. You can avoid this by changing one line in the end G code(see picture 3). By doing so nozzle will park a little bit to the right. This is optional use at your own risk.
